The event was graced and led by the Presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT), Hon. Bishop Dr. Alex Malasusa, who also serves as the Chancellor of KCMC University. His presence brought both spiritual guidance and institutional blessings to this historical occasion.
