ICT Services at KCMC
The use of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) is a valuable tool to enhance the learning experience and accessing resources. KCMC invested heavily on ICT in order to easily deliver medical education at a higher quality and acceptable standards.
Internet Accessibility
KCMC University has enhanced its digital infrastructure by installing a Fiber Optic Cable connected to the National ICT Broadband Backbone (NICTBB), delivering 400 Mbps bandwidth through the Tanzania Education and Research Network (TERNET). This high-speed internet service is accessible across the campus, ensuring a reliable, fast, and efficient connection for students, faculty, and staff to support learning, teaching, research, and administrative activities.
Wireless Coverage & Connectivity
KCMC University offers a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) that provides 24/7 internet access across most areas of the campus. This service is freely available to all registered students, staff, and official guests, ensuring seamless connectivity to support academic and administrative needs.

Whether you need assistance via phone, live chat, or prefer in-person support, our dedicated team is ready to help. For immediate assistance, visit our walk-up service desk located on the third floor of Block-B E-Library.
