Dr. Ephrasia Hugho is an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Public Health, KCMC University. Her research interests lie in One Health, with a particular focus on zoonotic pathogens. She currently serves as a Co-Investigator on a WHO-TDR-supported project addressing vector-borne diseases, as well as on studies investigating enteric pathogens. Her involvement in multidisciplinary research has strengthened her expertise in laboratory diagnostics, field epidemiology, and research coordination. Dr. Hugho is dedicated to bridging research and public health practice, contributing to improved health outcomes through evidence-based approaches. Her collaborative efforts have established a strong foundation in applied research, and she has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications
