A non-refundable application fee of $50 USD is required for all international applicants. Payment details will be provided on the application portal.
Immigration and Visa Information
Student Visa Application
Once you receive your invitation letter from KCMC University, you can apply for a student visa through the Tanzanian Immigration Department’s online portal. It is advisable to apply in advance to accommodate processing times.
Required Documents for Visa Application:
- Completed application form (available on the Tanzanian Immigration Department
website) - Cover letter from KCMC University confirming your admission
- Valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay)
- Passport-sized photographs (recent, as per specifications)
- Application submission to the Immigration Department either online or at the nearest

Upon Arrival at KCMC University
Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will first report to the International Office, which will serve as
your main point of contact for registration and orientation. From there, you will be introduced
