3RD ROUND UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

KCMC University is pleased to announce the list of applicants selected for admission into various undergraduate degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year under the third-round admission cycle.

Selected applicants are advised to check their admission status and follow the instructions below:

Applicants with Single Admission

Applicants with single admission do not need to confirm their selection. They should log in to the KCMC University Online Application System (OSIM) to download their admission letters and other admission documents.

Applicants with Multiple Admissions

Applicants with multiple admissions must log in to OSIM and confirm their admission before the specified deadline. Failure to confirm within the deadline will be considered non-acceptance of the offer, and the available slot may be offered to another qualified applicant. Admission letters and other documents will only be accessible after confirmation.

How to Confirm Admission

  1. Log in to the KCMC University Online Application System: Click here to open OSIM
  2. Read the instructions carefully.
  3. Request a confirmation code using Vodacom, Airtel, or YAS.
  4. Enter the confirmation code and confirm your admission.
  5. Download your admission letter and other relevant documents.
  6. Generate a control number for fee payment and begin registration.
  7. Download the fee structure from the University website: Click here to download

Applicants whose names do not appear on the published selection lists should consider themselves not selected in this round.

Important: All selected applicants are encouraged to review their admission status and complete the required steps promptly.
