KCMC University has successfully conducted a three days PhD Symposium from 21st to 23rd January 2026.
The event was officiated by Prof. Declare Mushi the Deputy Vice Chancellor Planning, Finance and  Administration. (DVC PFA)., on behalf of the KCMC Vice Chancellor. Who spoke on the general view of the existence of the PhD symposium.

In the three days, Candidates presented their research progress in alignment with the University’s 2025 Postgraduate Regulations. This forum serves as a critical milestone for verifying data collection and ensuring all candidates meet the required academic standards for their respective years of study.

Examiners.
 Our panel of examiners and supervisors evaluated PhD progress reports during the 2026 Symposium. These sessions are essential for maintaining the quality of doctoral research at KCMC University and providing candidates with the technical feedback necessary to finalize their manuscripts and fulfill their 540 credit requirement
